COACHES BIO's
TRHS Head Baseball Coach Randy Wee
Randy Wee has a 22 year career coaching baseball at the high school and collegiate levels. Coach Wee has served as an assistant coach at Marshalltown Community College. He was the head coach at Iowa Falls, Waterloo Columbus, Johnston, and Des Moines Lincoln high schools. He has a career record of 308-263. During his 14 year career hea had 15 All State players including 5 Academic All State honors.
Coach Wee was conference coach of the year 3 times, district coach of the year 3 times, and state coach of the year once. He is the only coach in Iowa 4A baseball history to finish a season undefeated when his 2008 Johnston team went 40-0. Additionally, his high school teams led 4A baseball in multiple defensive categories and seat a national high school triples record with 40 during the 2007 season.

He has also served as an assistant baseball coach at the University of Northern Iowa, Northern Illinois University, Grand View University, and DMACC. At these stops he recruited and coached 1 Missouri Valley Player of the Year, 2 Mid-Amercian Conference POYs, 1 Missouri Valley Conference Pitcher of he Year, 3 Freshman All Americans, 10 All Conference Selections, and 12 draft picks, at each school except one, Coach Wee helped establish school records for wins. He also worked as an associate scout for the New York Yankees for 3 years.

Assistant Tony Biancanlana (Coach B)
Coach B coached in youth sports for 12 years. He has been involved with Roosevelt Baseball either as a parent or coach for 12 years. He has been an assistant varsity coach for 5 years. Coach B is also a valuable member of the Rider Baseball Club.
Assistant Coach Gabe Followell
Sophomore Coach Tony Rex (TRex)
Tony Rex is 24 years old and grew up in Oelwein, Iowa. He graduated from and pitched for Warburg College from 2016 to 2020. We was an assistant coach for Janesville High School from 2018 to 2020. he is in his second year as the Sophomore coach for Roosevelt Baseball.
Freshman Coach Joseph Bagley
Joe Bagley is originally from Altoona, Iowa. Joe continued on at Grand View College as a pitcher and played there for four seasons. While at Grand View he studied Spanish and kinesiology. Joe will continue his education this fall with a goal to start teaching Spanish sometime in the near future. Joe believes in motivating the players and strives to be a good role model for them.
